I have finally found a paper that works for me. I print cards and the card stock was of excellent quality. My work finally looks as good as I had hoped for. The customer service was very helpful and no waiting! So happy to have found Red River Paper

Have used several different paper coatings. They all are excellent quality and cost effective. My printing is done with a Canon Pro 200. If I have a question I call customer service; they are quite knowledgeable about the paper and my printer and what settings to use. The tutorials are very useful as are the paper descriptions and printing tips. If you are not getting the quality you expect, could be the fault of your printer not the paper.

I tried the paper samples. The colors were great but the mid-range blacks - that is the grays - dropped out. The net result was too much contrast.

Relatively, I am new to printing, but already it is bringing a deeper satisfaction to my digital photography — almost comparable to the one experienced in the analog darkroom. I must say Red River Papers helped me extensively in getting there. I’ll touch on the quality of the papers, but before that, I must emphasize that the support I received from the company was impressive. Even before my purchasing the printer, they guided me as to how to narrow my choices. Whenever I had a hiccup as getting started with it, they had a useful suggestion on how to avoid it. The know-how articles on the WEB site, the videos, the in-person emails... help comes in many formats and is always to the point and useful. The interaction with the company resembles more a partnership rather than a vendor-customer relation. As to the quality of the papers... I photograph the paintings of my wife. Earlier my prints were a source of disappointment until I tried papers such as polar matte, paper canvas, arctic art white... With ordinary paper the photograph of artwork looks like a photograph, with a good Red River Paper, it looks like an artwork itself. I highly recommend the company and its products.

I have been very impressed with the quality and price points of Red River papers. I use the Big Bend Baryta and the UltraPro 300 Luster for most my printing and find them as good as papers costing almost twice as much.

We usually order custom paper and the quality is great, customer service is top and we appreciate the relationship we built over the years.

Best paper ever.

I have been a Red River Paper Company customer for over 10 years. I have tried many other companies papers and have found that that the consistency and quality of Red River papers are equal to any that I have tried. My needs are are for museum portfolio and exhibition quality papers and for that hose I have settled on the Palo Duro Baryta 300 and the Aurora Natural. The Red River company has an excellent shipping policy and on-time delivery, consistent quality and staying power in the market.

I don't know where to begin praising everything about this company--I love it! They have a customer service number--THEY answer the phone--a real human that is part of the company, and that actually knows everything about the product. They take their time answering questions, sending free samples to acquaint you with their fantastic products. Their prices are great and shipping times are fast. The quality of the images when printed on their papers are fantastic. It's so rare to be this satisfied with a company's products and service.
