Red River Paper Company Reviews

I have worked up a collection of focus stacked macro shots if Trout fishing flies and printing them on Red River card stock. Streamer flies look best on the pano (4x9) cards. Orders for those cards were starting to increase, so I ordered more card stock and envelopes but was stymied when I tried to order clear boxes (to sell packs of six cards). I sent an inquiry to Red River and got a reply back from Kayla. Their supplier has discontinued those boxes, but she said that she would scour the shelves to see if any could be found. Today I got an email from Kayla saying that she had found the last pack which could be mine if I wanted them. I alled the 800 number and Kayla answered! She has entered the order for me and waived the S&H. Kayla, that is GREAT customer service! Thanks

I ordered some paper for a class and expected it to arrive about a week after I ordered it but it ended up arriving 2 days after I made my order. The paper feels great as well, it is thick and durable. It just feels great once you get your hands on it. Definitely would recommend for anyone who wants quality paper for their photographs.

Professionalism is what matters most. Keeping ones word and providing a high quality product. The cost matters to a degree. But low cost does not substitute for a poor quality product. I started printing with chemicals and transitioned to inkjet. The process has changed but I am always striving to improve. Keep doing what you are doing as others will follow.

I wasn't sure which paper I wanted so I was happy to see I could buy a sampler of different papers. It was nice to test them out before committing to a larger order. I particularly liked the descriptions of each type of paper and what it was best suited for. So if you don't know paper find a trustworthy paper seller. Thank you.

I have been buying paper from Red River for a few years now. I really like the variety of papers to choose from, some I haven't seen offered from other companies. They will go out of their way for you. I once called and asked about a certain paper. They were out of the size I needed and offered to trim the size they had to the size I wanted. I doubt very seriously that would happen anywhere else. I will continue to buy here because as I said, It's a great company with great service.

I hate to spend the money, but when you need, it you buy it! Whether it is paper or ink I do not hesitate to order it from RRP. The turn around time from order to being sent is amazing.

After receiving my sample pack, I printed some of my artwork on Red River compared to cardstock that I've been using. I was amazed at seeing the difference! I immediately order packs of Polar Matte 60lb for my art prints.

I bought reams of paper that did not work. The ones from Red River are the best so I will be a regular buyer, hopefully my illustration small business will make me order more. The service is great. Shipping is easy. I am glad I was able to try first the samples before committing to a specific ones.
