Your selection of paper is superior, support second to none and service sterling. In my opinion you are one of the best in the country. I have been using my Canon Pro 9000 Matk II for over 9 years without a glitch or issues. For the last 4 years I've been using RR paper for printing in combination with Ph-Elements to do some basic adjustments. The prints are remarkable. I still shoot film 35 and 120, and scan the 35 mm negs with my Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED. Depending on the film used, prints are impressive. Keep up the good work.

I have used Red River paper for years. The variety of paper that is offered fits my needs quite well and allows me to experiment. The promptness of delivery is something that can be relied on. I highly recommend Red River.

I would like to say a few things about Red River. I used to go to he local office supply for what I thought was the best printing paper. I am a photographer and always look for the artistic. When I tried Red River papers, I was amazed at the quality. I also appreciate the staff at Red River, who cares about their customers, with fast shipping and great support.

The title says it all. I've been returning to Red River Paper for their greeting card stock for years. But what keeps me returning is their customer service, not only their staff but also their detailed tutorials and card templates to help you get up to speed.

This was my first time ordering from Red River Paper and it was truly a pleasure doing business with you. I won’t hesitate to order from you again and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs quality photo paper. I had a very short timeline to meet, and I required double sided gloss so I could print on both sides - it’s almost impossible to find it anywhere in the size I needed, but you had exactly what I wanted. Cindy went out of her way to supply me with the correct photo paper for my project. She offered to send me samples of the different finishes that I was considering so I could be sure to achieve the results that I wanted. That also allowed me to test my photo printer to determine which thickness would work best (since I was not familiar with all of your paper styles) before I purchased a whole box. Cindy was kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, efficient and committed to making sure I was completely satisfied with my final purchase. She sent my samples out the same day I called, and then she called me to ensure that I received them on time. I have been a customer of Red River for several years. Have used different types of their paper and I have never been disappointed. I print a lot of my photos, they look beautiful on Red River paper. Customer service is great, and shipping fast. Try using a sample package of their paper. You wont be dissatisfied.

I must say that Red River paper company is an incredible company, I am a trained Textile Designer and Artist. I do mostly abstract and geometric paintings, I print most of my paintings for sale and I am very particular about the paper, printer and inks that I use. I have researched so many papers on the market, I settled on Red river Palo Duro Baryta fiber 300 and several of their papers and Hahnemühle Photo Rag Baryta. Every time I print out my paintings on Palo Duro papers, I get goose bumps, the same feelings I get with Hahnemühle, the good thing is, Red River Baryta is a fraction of the cost of Hahnemühle papers, this way, I am able to offer my customers incredible prints at great prices. Each time I show the prints done on Palo Duro Baryta to my customers and the company that does my framing, the wow! Factor came out of their mouth, they love the color depth and the understated luster of the paper. One of the things I also love about this company is the customer service, if you order a product today early enough, you will get an email about the progress on getting your products ready for shipment, their on-time service is second to none. I once got a problem with one the rolls I bought, I called them, they were courteous and concerned on the phone, they asked me to send pictures of the roll, which I did and they got a new roll out to me the next day, now, that is an exemplary service, as for me, I am going to be a long term customer of this company, I didn't get started yet. I hope to post some of my prints soon on my next review when I am less busy, as they say pictures speak for themselves, the Palo Duro Baryta fiber 300 makes my prints look very good and brilliant. I posted few days ago one of my large prints on LinkedIn and the reactions was incredible. I will be buying lots of their Greeting card blanks very soon for my next line of business.
