Red River Paper Company Reviews

I have been very satisfied with the Red River products, but the last time I ordered, there was a section on the end of the order screen that recommended printers that printed heavier papers and envelopes without jamming. The recommendation was a cannon printer that was going to be discontinued soon. I have a very good printer, but it doesn't like heavier papers, so I bought the cannon printer. I found it for 80.00, and wow what a difference with ease of printing! It never jams, and I really appreciate the extra step you took to solve my problem, that I would never had done on my own, and at the same time, you weren't trying to make more money off of me, since I had to buy the printer elsewhere. Your extra help is greatly appreciated. And to anyone out there with a similar problem, find a Cannon MG6220, it really is a great printer!

The website is quick and easy to use. My orders are filled promptly and the products (ink) are the freshest I have found. I use RR Papers exclusively.

I can't say enough about the quality of service and products Red River Paper has. The descriptions of papers are dead on. The links work perfectly with plenty of easy directions to follow. I am happy to offer my customers and clients fine art quality pieces for very reasonable prices as I am able to pass my savings on. It is difficult to get the right "light" feel with shooting in the desert and coastal areas of California, but the Red River papers deliver exactly what I want every time. Win-win on both sides!

Every product I have tried from Red River has delivered superior quality. I really enjoy having the variety of choices all in one place. Service is exceptional and I usually have my order in 3 or 4 days. The only time I buy anywhere else is when I didn't realize I was running low on a paper and needed some today. I publish photo-essays in book form but use Red River Paper for numerous exhibits, many in association with a photo essay. I sell prints, sometimes via my website. I was first attracted to Red River by its reasonable price. I was later encouraged to try higher priced papers by portrait photographers. I liked the higher priced papers, but in a side by side comparison, could not find any justifiable reason to choose them over Red River. The Red River Ultra Pro Satin reminds me of the E-surface papers I used during the 20 years I owned and operated a portrait studio. I like rich color saturation and I get it with Red River Ultra Pro Satin.

I am new to Red River and had just made three orders. All of them were shipped fast, great packaging, included instructions and best of all the product is better than expected! Service received and information available is first rate.

Great combination; although the dMax is a bit low, the clean and smooth surface pops out the image.
