Red River Paper Company Reviews

I have tried a lot of different Red River products and have yet to be disappointed! Quality easily rivals Epson's products at a much better price. The odd-size paper formats like 11x14 and 16x20 are really nice too.

During my over 50 years in the graphics industry, I have seldom encountered a supplier as helpful and professional as Red River Paper. They are not only knowledgable about the papers they offer, but provide valuable information and advice about the machines used to print them.

I am a retired University professor and administrator and four years ago took up landscape photography as a hobby. Now I sell a few images and greeting cards in local boutiques. The quality of your inkjet papers (Print on a Canon Pro 1000) is excellent. But most of all the service I receive when I have a question is impeccable. Your papers come excellently packaged and within a reasonable time. I even buy ink from you. Your staff really know the printers that most of us amateur photographers use and are able to help us solve problems when they occur. In short, Red River is the best company with which I have worked.

I order from Red River for all of my paper needs. I have for years and see no need to change now! Great product and great service. They have the tools I need to know exactly what to order for the job I'm doing and how to use the new sizes and varieties!!

As a watercolor artist, I am picky about paper and it is one of my several obsessions. I prepared a series of paintings for 5X7 inch cards for the military. I purchased 60lb. Polar Matte Double-sided Greeting Cards. After looking at many papers, I decided to go with Red River. Boy, am I glad I did. The service was wonderful. The packaging of the paper stock and envelops was superb (which means, the company actually care about their product) and the product arrived in great shape. I will buy here again and again. Value for my hard-earned buck is important and I found it.

I'm an 80-years-young photographer/long-time customer - - VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. What is especially impressive is their extraordinary efforts at customer satisfaction, not just for their products, but for the expert advice on printing/software provided by their "team" of experts. Like me, my printer is old but they still carry the inks it needs and how-to's on setting up and printing my greeting cards on the various papers of theirs I use.
