Being new to photo printing, I consider myself fortunate to have found Red River. The paper is great, the printer profiles I downloaded helped me look professional right out of the gate and although I have not needed customer support, I have no doubt that will be great as well. Red River Paper sent an email to me a few days ago with a note to let them know if "my experience with the company is not 100% perfect." I would rate my experience better than perfect. I make note cards for personal use and as gifts for others, using photos that my husband and I have taken. I've tried different types of Red River note card papers and have been very satisfied with all of them. The card stock quality and the great customer service provided by Red River Paper is what keeps me coming back to them for my supplies.

The service is excellent and the card stock arrives on time and in good condition. I also use Red River for my large prints and the quality is also excellent.

I ordered the Arctic Polar Luster and Ultra Pro Luster. They are equal if not better quality than the manufacturer's brand.

I needed ink in a rush and was having a hard time finding this particular ink. Came upon Red River and thought I give them a try. Chat person was helpful and knowledgeable at answering my questions. My order came in as they mentioned. It was super fast.

I have been a professional photographer since 1984 but had been sending all my work out to professional labs until this spring when I bought a Canon Pro 300 and soon found Red River. I have found several papers that I use. All are consistent quality products, delivered in a timely manner, and packaged well. I ordered the sample pack. So far, I've only tried the Metallic paper. I used it to print a streak shot of the Lucy Atlas rocket that was launched by Nasa in October 2021 from the Kennedy Space Center. I was very impressed with the detail. I framed the photo and did not use a glass cover. It is very beautiful.
