Red River Paper Company Reviews

I've been using Red River paper for a while now and I really like it. I particularly like the satins. I used it for wedding photography and my clients love them. For large wedding portraits I like the canvas. I've also used the linen and that one gets great comments too. The service has been great and shipping is always prompt. Thanks

I love the paper I’ve received! It makes such a huge difference in color when printing and the texture of the linen paper is perfect for my greeting cards.

Started looking for bulk photo paper wherein I can cut to desired sizes and Red River kept popping up on all searches. Highly recommended from videos I have watched as well. My product arrived on time and not damaged. Will be ordering again when my 100' runs out!

Red River is one of the best companies to deal with. I've been buying paper - mostly the two-sided photo papers - from Red River for several years and have NEVER had a problem. The papers are superior quality and the customer service is great! The people at Red River have advised me many times on which papers are best for different projects and are always happy to answer any technical questions. In summary: great prices, superior quality, and excellent service.I wish more companies were like Red River.

Numerous times I have had questions and there is always someone on the other end of the line to walk me through the issue. Recently I emailed on a Saturday afternoon understanding that my issue would not be answered til Monday, but I received and email Saturday NIGHT with the answer to my question, which meant I could spend my Sunday printing successfully. Thank you!

I colored my image for my Christmas card, but I forgot to order the card stock. I got online with Red River, ordered the 60lb Polar Matte Greeting cards and envelopes and added a note of Please help me, along with purchasing express delivery. I received a phone call next day from Red River that my order was on the way! They turned out so beautiful, and I tell everyone, I couldn’t have done it without Red River! Your website is so confusing (and I've ordered many times before) so I call in and order with a live person who is friendly and nice. Only problem is the quantity I wanted was simply not available. They sent over 200 envelopes for "matching" cards", which FOLD to 5-1 half! Done this for years. So I received a mini size 7 x 10. My painting doesn't fit and it's too late to order new ones.

I have wasted so much money on cardstock/flimsy photo paper etc. because I was apprehensive to purchase from a website that was not "popular" but the quality of the photo paper from this company is amazing. There is no logo on the back of the paper which makes it great for my greeting cards and invitations. They also foil very well. I cannot wait to order more in the future !!
