I was having issues printing, and I was amazed at the level of customer service. They are truly there to help you get the best out of your paper and prints, and they went far above and beyond what I expected out of customer service these days. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of the product I received, but even more so with their interest in helping their customers succeed.

I no longer remember when I found Red River, but I know I was still an active graphic artist (now retired) as well as a fine artist wannabe. Somehow I’ve grown old…not sure how that happened…and I am less active with my printer than I used to be. But once you’ve been spoiled by Red River’s quality, amazing choices, pro tips, customer service, packing and speed of delivery, well, there’s just no going back. I may not be the most prolific of their customers any more, but I promise you, I’m one of the loyal ones. And every time the subject of printing comes up with a photographer or marketing with a fellow artist, I will always recommend Red River. And I’ve been thanked for it more times than I can count. You just can’t find better paper.

Hi: I'm new to the hobby of creating my own greeting cards. Red River has been fantastic in so many ways. I called them and asked for a recommendation for a printer. Cindy recommended the Canon Pixma, which I love. Red River sample packs of getting card paper was a great way to get started. I used Red River Super Easy Template for Greeting Cards using Photoshop. Best of all, I ran into a glitch in Photoshop and Drew at Red Red River spent a lot of time on the phone working to figure out the problem. He solved it -- and I was on my way to making some really nice greeting cards !! I really appreciate the fact that humans answer the phone when you call !!

I am a new artist with a new printer. On other company's websites, I was very intimidated and confused by the names and sizes of paper. Red River is very comprehensive in organising their products so a new and intimidated customer can make sense of it all. For instance they tell you if a paper is best for photographs or fine art prints, or what the most popular greeting card size is. I was able to figure out what to buy. The prices are good too.

Been using their paper for many years now and I couldn't be happier. Quality of the prints is top notch and the price is very nice. Shipping is fast and efficient with both rolls and sheets arriving in great condition. The big plus on top of all this is the customer service. Questions are answered quickly AND completely.

When a company goes above and beyond I feel it should be acknowledged. I rarely write reviews, so, when I do, it is only because it truly is deserves it. I first discovered and started purchasing from Red River Paper in January of 2021. For my needs, I strictly use Aurora Art Natural 300. The paper is absolutely beautiful and the results are astonishing. You will NOT find another supplier offering such extremely high quality papers at such affordable prices. You will NOT find another supplier that offers such attention to detail in all aspects and areas of their operation. Their customer service is awesome! No matter what your question is, they will have an answer. And, quickly. They ship just as quick and with rugged packaging that is expertly packed and with the greatest of care. Always, arriving in perfect condition. I have ordered a considerable amount of paper with Red River and I have not one complaint. Red River Paper goes above and beyond the average company. Because, Red River Paper is NOT an average company. Red River Paper is an Amazing Company! The way Red River packs up the orders for shipping is top notch! Everything arrives in primo condition with careful attention to making sure nothing gets bumped or dented. You’d think they’re packing up heirlooms for family!

After searching for paper that would work well with our Epson printer, we were delighted to discover Red River's greeting card stock. We had been frustrated earlier as we tried a variety of other brands of card stock. Before purchasing a couple of greeting card sample kits, we talked to two people at Red River. We were very impressed by their extensive knowledge, clear communication, patience (these were not short phone calls!), and just plain how nice they were! And we are very impressed at the quality of the products. By the way, we're also impressed at how well the papers are *packaged*!

I have been printing with the canon PIXMA pro 100 for the past three years with great success using the canon photo paper. I recently upgraded to the canon prograf 1000. And with such a remarkable printer there are so many options to use different types of paper. I did a bunch of research and review after review recommended red river papers. So I bought a few of their sample packs and download it all the ICC profiles. I first started with their polar pro gloss metallic and holy cow! That just took printing to a whole new level. I am not particular a fan of glossy photo paper just due to reflections always showing. But this paper just makes my photos pop. I really love their ultra pro satin 4.0. it is my new favorite. As I’m slowly going through testing out all their samples I have added five new papers to my clients that they can print on. And the one thing that really stands out to me with Redriver paper. Is the way they ship their paper to you. it is so well packed with heavy duty bubble wrap and paper that there is no way your photo paper is going to get damaged during delivery. You do not know how many times I have received damaged packs of photo paper from top distributors that decided to put their photo paper in a plastic bag and expect it not to get damaged. I got fed up with that I would pay extra just to put it in a box. Now I have no worries whatsoever with Redriver paper and their shipping is fast. And in the past three orders I’ve already earned $10 off my next purchase. I am now a loyal customer And very excited to try out more of your paper. It’s real quality stuff here.
