Bottom Line Recommendation
Given that print quality of the P600 and P800 are virtually identical, your choice comes down to size and print cost.
Because you pay less per mL for P800 inks (buying more at one time earns you a discount), the cost of printing for the P800 will be about 50% less compared to the P600. In other words, if the P600 cost of ink for an 8x10 is $1.02, you can expect to spend $0.56 for the same print on a P800.
Next consider the maximum print size you require. The P600 can print 13" wide with the typical largest sheet being 13x19. The P800 is 17" wide with the typical largest size being 17x22. Keep in mind that the printers have different space requirements, though they are not all that different.

P800 - 26.93"(W) x 14.80"(D) x 9.85"(H)
Finally, consider the true cost of each printer.
