- Aurora Art White 285 is now Aurora Art White 300.
The change represents an increase in the basis weight of the paper to 300 gsm. Weight is the measure of density or how much cotton and coating make up the paper. The increase, while modest, is due to changes in the manufacturing process.
The paper thickness of 18 mil remains unchanged.
If you have used Aurora successfully in the past, you will not see any change in the paper's usability.

This Aurora features a brighter white shade for crisp color tones, semi-smooth surface, an acid-free base stock and coating. Aurora White contains minimal optical brighteners . As an added bonus, you can print on both sides of Aurora. Neither too thick nor too thin, Aurora's 300gsm weight strikes the right balance between professional feel and ability to feed consistently into your printer.
