With a high gloss front and plain paper back, 60lb. Pecos River Gloss is the ideal glossy for greeting cards, note cards, and design presentations. Exclusive to Red River Paper, Pecos is the only "cast coated gloss" compatible with both pigment and dye inks. Pecos Gloss's plain paper back means you can print text and light graphics on the back of the paper (inside of your folded cards). Thanks to its brilliant white tone, color on Pecos pop and blacks are rich and deep.

I have made hundreds of greeting cards with this 60 lb card stock on an old Epson C88. Excellent color rendition (even with the cheaper LD inks). And the inside matte is perfect for printing or writing personal notes as well.

Excellent greeting cards

I’ve been using your product for many years now to make greeting cards from my water colors. I used an Epson stylist pro R2000 because your company recommended it years ago, it finally stopped working recently so I tried my less expensive printer Epson ET 2800 to my surprise this printer on your paper did an excellent job, I no longer think it was the printer make great cards but your wonderful paper!! Thank you! It’s great doing business all these years!

Nice at first, but then...

This paper seemed nice at first. They printed well on my Cannon Pro 1000. I created a bunch of holiday cards for my business and friends and family. But then, it wasn't until I received a returned letter in the mail that I saw the ink rubbed off the paper. I am very embarrassed that so many cards went out with such poor quality. The rest of the Red River lineup is great. This product is far below expectations.

60# Pecos Gloss 7”x10” greeting card

I am an artist and have used 60# Pecos gloss greeting card stock for many years to make cards from images of my paintings. The quality of the photo is excellent and the ability to write messages on the matte paper on the inside of the scored card makes these an excellent product for my consignment sales and for my own personal use. Highly recommend!

I've used the 60lb. Pecos River Gloss greeting card stock for several years now to create unique cards for all kinds of occasions with my personal photography. A hand-written note on the inside makes each card personal and one-of-a-kind. Which I hope makes the sentiment much more meaningful than something from Hallmark®. Also makes it more convenient than going to the store to get a card.
