17x25 tricky to handle
I use UPGloss all the time in all sizes up to 17x25, but that largest size is a mixed blessing. Unlike 17x22, it allows a full frame to be printed to 16x24, and that is a big plus.\r\n\r\nDownside is that this paper does not come in a box and it is tricky to handle. I have to store it on top of a stack of matboard, lift it by the end of the package with two hands, and even at that, I apparently bent a package the wrong way, because the whole pack of 25 sheets has a dimple about a third of the way down and across. I could use it for some panoramas with the dimple off the picture, but otherwise it is money down the drain. Maybe a cardboard stiffener on the top and bottom would help, but in any case, this stuff is easily damaged. Be careful!

My first try

Eva-Genevieve! Scarborough, Feb 16, 2023

I just recently tried the Ultra Pro Gloss paper on my old Canon Pixma Pro 10 printer. It turns out to be the very best Glossy paper I have yet to try! I had been considering a new printer but so long as ink remains available I am no longer in need of an upgrade. The rich dense accurate colors and and the clarity of the image on the very first print was quite impressive. First time ever using a paper that I haven't had to reprint and tweak the contrast, brightness or sometimes hue or white balance to get my prints dialed in on the first run.

One thing that has long bothered me with inkjet glossy papers is that change in reflective sheen where pure white areas are part of an image - that has often kept me from using glossy finishes. This paper still did have that but it was not something that stood out. I had to hunt for it waving it close to a light. That too has impressed me and will bring me back again.

I am looking forward to trying other finishes soon.

Ultrapro gloss

Michael McWilliams, Jul 21, 2022

While I use luster, mat and canvas media a lot, I used Ultrapro gloss recently and found the print color gorgeous and the profile spot on.

Family photos

Nancy, Jun 29, 2022

I have been using this paper and company for years. I prefer it over on-line printed personal photos.

The colors stay and have not faded though I don’t put them in direct sunlight.

The service is excellent. Thank you.

Purchased 68lb UltraPro Gloss photo Paper

Norman Vincelette, May 28, 2022

I have tried many brands of photo paper over many years and I have finally found one that I believe is the best paper for my needs. I am not a professional and do not sell any of my prints, but I require a product that gives me pride in what I do.

Thank you Red River for a great product.

68# UltraPro 2.0

Eric, May 04, 2022

I've been using Red River papers exclusively for a few years now. I feel the results from using Red River papers compared to that of other papers I've used from HP and Epson are far superior and more consistent. Pricing is competitive and the quality is great.

I'll use Red River papers exclusively.

68 lbs. Ultra Pro Gloss 2.0

Paul Grotzinger, Apr 12, 2022

I had to find 14 inches long paper, so it would match what my boss had of his photo. I could not do it on 11 inches paper! Otherwise, it would look smaller photo instead!

Extremely Pleased

John Peterka, Apr 08, 2022

Red River helped me before I became a customer. I noticed that our Canon ICC’s were no longer being applied to our printer attached to our Apple computer. Red River recommended that I try our Windows PC or purchase a new printer. The Representative even shared with me the types of printers that Red River used.

Then, we had supply issues with Canon when we tried purchasing photo paper and inks. We contacted Red River and purchased the comparable paper and Canon inks. Two days later we had both items.

The Red River photo paper is marginally lighter (68 lbs) than our Canon Glossy II Pro paper (70 lbs). However, the colors and the resolution on the Red River paper are fantastic. And, the regular price is approximately 55 percent of the Canon prices.

Rarely do you find equal or better quality at a much lower price. Fortunately for us Red River has differentiated itself.

We found Red River to be extremely helpful, honest, and prompt with their deliveries.
